What are WF levels? It's confusing and I cannot find it on the web. Interviewing next week.

RUN
- Specialist, Sr Specialist, Lead Specialist, Senior Lead Specialist, Principal Specialist.
- Senior Manager, Sr Director, Director, Executive, Senior Executive
There is also an Associate Manager level.
@qxt They got rid of the Sr. Director title. From what I've seen, they're all Executives now.
Confidential info
Yikes! Why would you want to come here? If you’re posting on a layoff board for info on hiring, you’re nuts!
@msi - Some of that changed with workday. This varies based on where you are in the org, but is something like this for individual contributors: Specialist, Sr Specialist, Lead Specialist, Senior Lead Specialist, Principal Specialist. On the management side, Manager is roughly equivalent to Lead Specialist, then it’s: Senior Manager, director, executive, senior executive. I’m not sure if there is a Sr Director in there.
Officer titles aren’t necessarily bound to pay grades. I’d expect to see AVP at the Sr specialist and Lead Specialist levels. VP at Lead Specialist, Manager, Senior Lead Specialist, and Senior Manager levels. I’ve seen SVP/Director titles at Senior Lead/Senior Manager and above.
Low, lower and lowest. Run.
I hope you are interviewing elsewhere, too. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Where was a lenghty thread on this:
