Is it even legal for Wells Fargo to hold your 401k match and only payout when you complete the entire fiscal year? If you leave, get laid off, or find another job elsewhere before the year end, they pay you nothing.
Working hard will help all of you with the financial windfalls which you have enumerated.
Wishing for them on this board will not.
Life is a struggle and nothing is worth struggling more for than raising your family. If it helps, the millennials are off to the wealthiest start of any generation in the past 120 years.
It’s half full, not half empty.
$15K/year would make a big difference for me and my family. We have a toddler with health issues and my wife does not work. We live in an expensive city and we struggle.
This post area is for layoff conversations. You're an id--t and probably work for HR.
I am 30% below market.
Exceeds-3%, highest in years.
Market rate would be 34k more.
Six figure 🤔
Considering that I feel Meets is a generous rating for CS, anyone with meets should have received the same percentage increase. Anyone Exceeds or above should have beat his percentage by 5-10%.
just 10k would make me happy and acknowledge that I'm valued.
- knowing that merit/promotions/bonus are at the manager discretion is disturbing.
This may sound large and greedy, but I could really go for another $30k. That would push me from just beginning to breathe a little easier into being able to provide for my family comfortably. I got a sizeable raise this year, and while it pushed me into positive cash flow, it didn't take me out of the "one big bill and I'm in negative cash flow again" category.
I would love an extra $15,000 a year.
COLA plus 5% for 4 and above. COLA for 3 and under. Better 401k, much better insurance (90/10, employer pays all premiums and employee only pays a small deductible), and in the cities they have large sites they should buy out parking garages near each site and turn those into free employee parking that is accessed through your badge.
20k raise would change my life. I wouldn’t struggle for food, gas, bills and be able to save a little every month. I’d also love to be in the office a little more. But that won’t happen not for me at least.
Even after working 24*7 for full last year. I’m no way near to what our CEO raise was. I’m so disappointed to hear that. I doubt if he would have spent that much time/energy making WF better. Senior leader salary raise is questioned, how do they get salary pool, when for us is very limited every year. Frustrating....
