Into week two I'm noticing some trends that I think will continue as long as the "flexible hybrid" model exists.
Popular in the office schedules seem to be M/Tu/W, Tu/W/Th, or W/Th/F since each affords 5 consecutive days out of the office.
Wednesday is peak capacity, which for us has still been around 50%, and Friday is a virtual ghost town.
For me, W/Th/F is the money option. Coworkers start to disengage by Wednesday afternoon, Thursday sees a big tapering off of in-office attendance, and Friday is incredibly chill with almost everyone at home.
I'm curious to know if others are seeing the same thing.
