So how was your day? I spoke to no one besides the security guard. I sat at an extremely uncomfortable desk that was designed for a man several inches taller than me. My back is ki----g me now and my head hurts from wearing headphones all day long to block out the office noise. My whole team is in different time zones so why the he-l did I need to drive into this office and be miserable for 8 hours. I told my husband I'm probably going to quit by Wednesday. Thankfully I have his full support.

Found a whole drawer of swollen 2 year old canned soups, oatmeal, hostess cupcakes, and what may have been granola bars that were eaten by something.

YES! Same for my floor in CLT. It's impossible that anyone even laid a finger in there with cleaner. Oh they dropped off bottles of hand sanitizer and wipes, but didn't do any pre-cleaning. Two years. Nothing. CPG is the deadest dead wood in the company...after Scott Powell, smug guy. And Dr. Brent, he's "copy and paste" guy. 7 figure salary, zero help.
I’ve had a group of 7 five-down executives sitting in a group behind me talking about what they did while they were WFH for about 7 hours now. They have literally not moved from that spot other than to go get the catering they ordered for themselves.
Agreed on the STL comment. I was shocked at the state of the campus. What did CPG do for the past two years?

Charlie is on record saying that he wants to reduce headcount and for the employees who leave to "self select". If you quit you have zero chance for any severance and he wins.

The floors with neighborhood seating were virtually empty in my building, the others were 75% full. I really don't want to work ft at the office any longer, but it was good to see familiar faces. I like the hybrid system, that is if it sticks, gets you out of the house.
I believe the desks are adjustable to just lower it a little
My commute is 3 hours or more round trip on the train into chiraq. I can’t wait to be with no one since my team is in another state. My collaboration will be no different than what I’m doing now. Skype! Productivity lost in useless commute.
At the D-MB tipping point. Unplugged everything in my home office to pack it up to take to a corporate office, drove for an hour and a half RT to sit on a floor with one other person. Literally nearly completely empty floor. This was the tipping point so that now I am actively looking for another job - and I’ve tried so hard to wait for this WF boat to right itself. I know Scharf and co want us to quit- so score 1 more for the C-suite. Every time a committed valuable WF employee quits, a Scharf gets a guitar string.
Goldman sachs is pushing people back 5 days a week. Another old white man CEO stuck in the 80's.

I kind of thought my Management would come by and say hey nice to see you again, however they didn't come by and even say hello welcome back.. good to see you again after 2 years. All I saw was gallons of hand sanitizer, entire place smells of chemicals. It took me 2.5 hours RT and i don't even work with anyone there, whole deal was BullSh1t. Need to find something remote ASAP.
