Chemo and radiation here. While I sympathize with you, good luck proving in court where you got a specific airborne infection. There hasn't been a single successful case in this area yet. Maybe you'll be the first, but I hope you have deep pockets for years of lawyering. Even if we don't go anywhere else, but home, work, and treatment, we're in treatment for hours. Could have got it there, where untested/unvaccinated people, and vaccinated spreaders, are in your general proximity for extended periods of time.
Mandates are dropped by companies who are following the government’s lead where the Dems are trying to save themselves before midterms. That’s why things have changed
JPM is struggling to find people to hire - so they gave to drop these things to increase hiring - all about the $$$ - not YOUR health.
At this point, they are treating it just like any other illness. I don’t think we will see any preventative measures from the company again until it spreads enough to take out entire teams and breaks a business process. The only thing they understand is money.
Let the lawsuits begin.
As an employee undergoing chemo (alongside many immunocompromised employees who WF would NOT grant WFH exception), if WF does not test employees, require mask wearing and notify employees of COVID outbreaks, I will sue WF to kingdom come.
Wells Wille end it too
That's going to go real well for them with Deltacron getting started.
