@gjv+1fJb5JOA - Chucky just read your post, laughed out loud, swung back around in his $8000 Herman Miller chair, and resumed playing a cr---y rendition of "Stairway to Heaven" on his vintage 1950s Les Paul Standard that he just bought for $350k.

The work from home directive at Mellon adversely impacted working parents, which other countries (namely the UK in this example) care about, so he had to back down or face a lawsuit. What he’s trying to do here adversely impacts working parents as well, but we have very little standing in the US.

He doesn’t think anything through, just acts like a bull in a china shop and does what he wants. Petulant child.

This is one of the reasons Chuck was hired. His whole purpose here is to make enough people miserable so they quit without severance, his precious efficiency ratio comes down, stock price goes up, he cashes out, and takes his playbook to the next board of directors who is so desperate for a CEO that they hire this schmuck.

He doesn’t give one single sh!t about this company or any of the people who work here. He is biding his time until he can cash out his options. And now he’s getting even more cruel because COVID pushed pause on his plans for 2+ years and he’s bitter that he’s had to wait.

He’s a pathetic excuse for a human. He doesn’t know squat about business or this bank (please feel free to correct me and tell me one innovative thing he’s done for this company - just one). He hasn’t made one strategic, thoughtful move in the time he’s been around. He’s a money-grubbing, rich boy who hasn’t worked a real day in his life. He needs to fu----g go already!

He mandated it Internationally and they sued so he had to back down

Anyone know what they did specifically to make this happen? Did enough of them risk getting fired and just not showing up?
