So with most supposedly RTO soon, what level of employees will have offices? Will some of these managers actually have to sit out in the hotel cubes with the other peons now or will the company continue with the preferential treatment and favortism?

VP and up have offices
on my area assigned offices went to open offices so first come first serve I guess. good thing I come in early

Rumor is just OC members have closed offices. Maybe some OC direct reports in some places.

This must be your first time going into a WF location. There are basically no offices. You can be a manager with 100 reports and sit in a cube.
Very site specific, in Iowa VPs will be in unassigned seats in giant wallless expanses with everyone else. In Minnesota my colleagues have assigned desks with high walls.
I'm glad my office is a piece of junk. They're not going to remodel it so it's going to remain a high-walled cube farm. I'm sure they'll stop renewing the lease eventually.
I certainly hope managers enjoy the same quality comforts of cube sharing as the rest of us. I had “the pleasure” of cube sharing before Covid. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize a variety of thoughtless and disgusting coworkers: the ones who left used tissues on the desk for its next occupant, the ones who leave loads of personal items in a space in an effort to stake a permanent claim, and the ones who leave crumbs on the desk and half eaten food in the drawers. You are all disgusting. May my manager, his manager, and his manager all experience the joy of impending collaboration.

Management is more important than the rest of us. They get the premium spots. I personally cannot wait to sit in the common room with all you dirty immigrants.
My managers sat right out with all of us pre-covid. Charlie Scharf sits out in open space, as well on Hudson yards.

Each site is different. Many of the upper management have to sit in open cubes with low walls in both Charlotte and New York. I know some in one of the midwest sites were changed, because I have heard complaints about how loud the floors are now and how management has to book quiet rooms to have any kind of conversation because of how loud it is.
