The way we've been going, our offshore workforce will be larger than the onshore one. Not only that, but Humana isn't even trying to retain talent. I guess they've come to the conclusion that everybody can be outsourced and everyone is replaceable. We're seeing a mass exodus of talent, with very little top talent remaining. How they can be indifferent to that is mind-boggling.

@rro+1fFPS0mv Humana keeps getting awards for diversity. I don't believe they asked for your opinion. You would have been honest and forthright. You do understand that anyone working for Humana pays Tax. They use the same stores you do, buy the same gas, watch the same TV. They also do work. How are you supporting them? Were maybe referring to the undocumented? Humana doesn't hire undocumented employees. They hire people like myself, Green Card Holders. I wonder how you managed to write this without a small alarm going off in your head... Blessed be that they never find out who you are. You could have just put it all out there and turned up for work in black face.
Humana is a cost cutting shop. Most of these non USA citizens are underpaid and have a visa dependencies. They are hiring cheap labor in the name of skilled labor.
@rro+1fFPS0mv no of dislike clearly shows how much level of hiring discrimination is going on.
Maybe the non citizens are better qualified or trained for the role…your premise of being an American for government work assumes “Americans “ are skilled and able
@rro+1fFPS0mv Simplistic and almost a racist comment. I am a non citizen and for the last 20 years have been paying into the fund which potentially pays toward any benefit you may receive either directly or indirectly. I am staggered to even see the comment and would flag it as offensive, but I want everyone to see just how disgusting, absurd and offensive people can get. I am a conservative and would be labeled as a racist for my 'lean' but this is just out there. You should be ashamed.
What I would like to see is the feds not allowing any government work (e.g. Medicare) to be done offshore. This would include all facets including finance and IT. I would take it a step further and not allow any non-citizens to work on any government work. It is perplexing why non-citizens are employed while Americans are not. I realize this cannot happen overnight and Americans would need to be trained, but as a taxpayer I wonder why I am supporting non-citizens.
