I’m dreading going back like most of you. I finally got serious about applying for other jobs and getting out of here, but I am somewhat looking forward to watching how big of a calamity this will be. I honestly can’t imagine effectively working with people across time zones when we are all trying to keep a regular 8-5. I can’t imagine they actually have enough space in my building. This is going to be an epic failure and I am looking forward to watching.

@1etp the only people on my team who had their pre-covid WFH agreements terminated were the under-performers. The rest of us are fine.
Thousands of us worked just fine for years before the pandemic... from home. WF just up and decided to terminate all WFH contracts for no good reason.
We did it just fine before the pandemic.
I'm sure you'll get lots of job offers since you know big words like schadenfreude.
