Current rate of attrition is over 18%, 3% more than their target...the wheels are coming off soon

Risk is about to flare up across HR as the backlog of ignored risk factors and untended need piles up. It is going to be a shitshow

@2fml+1fBW7vgf in one of my previous roles I worked with Legal often. Always good people asking the right questions and providing vital feedback on changes. Just about everyone I worked with is gone now. This is over the span of 5ish years. A lot of what we used to rely on Legal for is just not done anymore.

I’m sure that will leave a mark sooner or later.

Home lending ECMO is backfilling in Manilla and I heard they’re sending some of their people to the small business banking phone teams.

In our group people are leaving every week and not the people the execs want to leave.

Nobody is getting replaced. Can't find talent in the right place (read stupidass hub strategy) at the right time. Back to hiring contractors....

Execs don't sweat as sh-t only flows downhill.

Maybe the executives can spare us the 25 steps for simple changes and red tape to run more efficiently and thus less team mates needed to accomplish such tasks.

The overall weekly numbers don't seem to support this narrative.

Execs are not sweating. Employees self-selecting to leave saves them from paying out the most unbelievably great severance package in Financial Services by far.

@1pkk+1fBW7vgf What group are you in?! In my tech group we’ve been waiting on 2 backfill since last year. Every few weeks we have to do another dance about why the positions can’t be filled in India and until we get a decision, no posting.

Execs aren't sweating in my department. They just continue to mark the checkbox to managers asking to refill the position. It's hurting our teams in multiple ways with every resignation, but they refuse to acknowledge it. Replace them, who cares is their message.

RTO will help! All of us who are h0rny and ready to bang some strange will be on cloud 9 that first week back. All the hotel rooms near the sites will be fully booked and condoms and lube will be sold out at all the dr-g stores. It’s going to be nirvana. Then no one will care about work anymore.

There’s going to be so many more real soon as more go back to RTO. Waiting for the busiest days and times, then wave after wave of no shows and resignations.

They should have been more careful about what they wished for.
