Business Markets in the East quota went up Mar 1st an average of 20-25% from Feb's already high numbers. Everyone affected from Sr Acct Mgrs, CE's, Sales Mgrs & AD's. Its so easy to hit without any 4G Apple Stock, especially Tablets back ordered till mid April. Its no wonder everyone is trying to bail.

as a GM, I can tell you this Quota is never meant for reps to hit it.
We have a meeting after meeting going over numbers and then tell you to Sell Sell knowing you are not getting any money. We do!
I don't agree at all because I see my reps working hard for nothing and I feel the negativity and a lot of reps getting discouraged that why to sell 80 when the rep selling 40 will also get the same commission check.
So my only advice keep getting those VZ Home even the customer never asked for just add it next month customer service can credit it back and you just increase your Sell Dollars and get $40 extra in your check if lucky!
Best of luck and if you can get your GM to like you because in the next couple of months you are going to see a lot of changes and get ready for Lockers (no credit for that in your commission) just like same-day delivery LOL
If you see your GM buying a NEW Car now you know why your commission is low and his is highers thanks to you!
Quota went up in a month with three more days in it (11% right there), and with an Apple launch? Hard to believe. Apple launches never result in increased sales.
Hey Vteamers Happy Fools Day in advance, I mean appreciation day. Thank you for everything you do but nowhere is your new Quota and good luck thinking you are going to hit it and wait for the summer, and holidays when the quota is 25% higher than last year....
This quota this month is purposely so high so that employees WELCOME the new comp plan for April. But the new comp plan will sc--w us even more just watch.
