This senseless management just for the sake of corruption, fancy show up are going after automation. Already cloud automation new tools started failing. This change, for sure will fail SOON and they have to come back to manual testing. please remember these guys.

gee, you people don't read the memos. as a software engineer, was pretty clear to me - people in QA are not going to be simply remapped when they don't have the skills. What a concept! they basically have to apply for the job of a software engineer and if they don't have the skills - eg. cannot code, you're not a software engineer and therefore, you don't belong in the software engineering job family. If you have the skills, what do you have to worry and why are you posting this? because you don't? And you're pi---d that they're doing something to prevent it?
HR rules that have been around for a long while - you're changing the job of a person so they cannot just simply remap you.
As a software engineer that honed my skills, I fully support this.
