My manager hasn't worked with me on the yearly goals yet. Should I be worried?

Some managers don't treat employees equally. My coworkers now their activities numbers, goals, and etc. I just do my job. Management celebrates anniversaries for everyone except little Ole me.
they have till end of March
Just because they chose to be smarter than you in how they communicate doesn't mean they don't think you're a weird, fu---d up id--t.
Used to be we didn't know our objectives (oh, sorry, goals) until like June. Don't worry about it.
“My only goal is survival. I work to pay for my life, but Wells Fargo isn’t my life.” My manager didn’t know what to say about that.😂
Goal setting just began this week and doesn’t need to be completed until 3/31.
Goal setting is only happening with employees who are not getting laid off
yes you should, buh bye
This year Goal setting is only for people with "Engineer" title.
Have you considered inquiring with your manager before reaching out to anonymous strangers on the internet?
Never done this early in the year! And, they can be changed as suits mgmt.
Guys, I don’t read the emails that get sent out by management and I don’t read the main articles on Teamworks. Can you spoon feed me the info?
Too soon. Goals will come from your manager instead of the meaningless top down fit a square peg in a round ho-e goals. Can't wait to see the manager bias in this new process.
I think I read an e-mail where they're due by March 31. There's time.
