What do you all think the EVP title compensation is? In most companies EVP is top of the top and apart of the csuite. Most likely pulling in multiple millions. Is that the case here? FYI I just on boarded so trying to figure out things

Idk if this changed with the title and comp updates but, back in the day the title had a flat value per market. The upper levels of mid-management was a flat rate. Everyone with title X has the same salary number by market.
The difference for performance was in the bonus and LTI grants. Some bonus targets were 100% and higher.
As a VP, I can confirm that corporate title does in fact matter.
It’s like none of you work at WF, since when did Corporate Title drive comp? Answer: never. I know SVPs with a base around 100k and others over 300k. EVPs will have similar variability….Job title is what matters and if you look at the job postings internally you can now see the salary ranges for job title. Very few are above 500k base.
You can see everyones officer title in Workday now. Look up the user. Go to Job section and Additional Details. Lots of people might have executive or director in title, but that doesn’t mean their officer title is truly EVP.
There are many EVPs at the bank. total guess, but I’d say there are 100+. There are at least 10 in Audit alone. Only the top 5 or 6 paid people at the company have public salaries.
But I’d say that all have a minimum base salary of 500k, with many of them going way above that. Including cash and stock bonuses, I believe they are all making at least a mil.
As an example. EVP (Executive) would be the CIO levels that report to Saul. Most everyone the next level or so down are SVP (Senior). Most of the OC are SEVP (Senior Executive). You can see the officer title in Talent Management System by scrolling around the org chart, unless that was turned off with SN.
"Just onboarded" bless your heart.
EVPs can be several levels below OC members. I suspect their comp varies widely, but none of them are low-paid. Probably most aren’t pulling down >$1 million per year in base though.
They are paid millions with their bonuses and stock options. Most of them are public knowledge or at least the OC members should be searchable.
Even at the lowest end of the range, they are overpaid based on the state of WF.
EVP’s here are paid NOWHERE near millions. Nowhere. In the businesses they may take out to 500-700k. In the non revenue streams, they cap at about $400k.
