Corporate Risk Comp

Did anybody in Corporate Risk get a decent bonus? I received half my target bonus despite having an Exceeds rating. That coupled with Charlie's rude as can be comments about returning to the office and not to bother him about it anymore have me reviving my LinkedIn page. Leaving after more than 10 years has its downsides, but I need to be appreciated and respected too.

Pool of money to work with wasn’t very good at all. At this point, be glad you got something & have a job. I think that is how WF wants us to look at it.

If you didn’t get a good comp package this year, your manager doesn’t think highly of you. That’s truly what it comes down to.

In corp risk- Also disappointed with bonus. Exceeds rating and received approximately target bonus. Rated meets last year outside of corp risk, making more in base, yet only received a little more in bonus this year. Funding was up, so not aligned to what I thought I’d get. Will be looking to leave…

Exceeds, 125% of old target, plus more RSRs than previous years. Your manager/leadership either isn’t going to bat for you, or they don’t think you’re performing as well as you think you are, this was not a bad year compared to the last two.

Corp risk exceeds 120% of what used to be target.
