why the raises and bonuses are so bad this year. Last time I looked, stock was up and profits looked good. Is this just greed giving everything to the investors?

Capitalism without humanity will have its costs to pay.
The elite thinks greed is good and still stuck in the “Wall Street” mentality since the 80s. Guess who the execs of most of Corporate America are making 300x or more than the average worker?
I got the best raise and bonus I have ever gotten this year. In 4 years of working here, I’ve Met expectations every year.
I made sure my team received a little more than last year, but there was no huge increase over last year. A promotion is really the only way to see a nice increase, unfortunately.
Bonus was less than last year and no bonus given at all. First time for this since I started at wells almost 10 years ago. Told me that I already make more than most of the people in my role. So, basically with inflation this is a pay cut
I was very happy with my raise and bonus, (highest ever for both). Maybe you should look into your work ethic as the reason yours were not so great?
You are incredibly wrong. But that would not be shocking for this site.
Becayse the executives loathe the employees and feel that we do not deserve the money THEY DO
Anyone remember the bell curve breakdown? I think it's 60% in meets, 5% in exceeds/consistently exceeds - so that leaves 35% in inconsistently meets and needs improvement?
The lower two seem heavy but seem to reflect the posts.
those that are down voting ppl that got good raises and bonuses, that's pretty sad. can't even be happy for your co-workers who did well!
anither needs improvement employee
Charlie is a little short troll and a joke of banker. Guy couldn't run a candy store. He needs to do one of those online business courses on incentives cause he's an id--t who's getting a sh-t show in 2022 by not having alignment at all between performance by doers and the good of the company. Charlies a dwarf both in stature and banking. Clown should be fired.
Based on what has been posted here raises and bonuses were pretty good for many posters here.
What is this a joke, bonus was roughly the same as every other year and the raise, what raise, 1% please its a insult when inflation is this high. The intelligent headcount will be looking for a new job after that money hits next Friday. Charlie hasn't did jack sh1t with the stock price. The price is at the same level it was when he started 2+ years ago. Is the asset cap lifted, not that either. Has Charlie grown the business, nope, he's selling stuff off.
Hey guys any idea why you guys are going to a wealth management company ?
Bonuses were amazing this year. Raises weren't spectacular but they never really are.
The general consensus, even here on this hypercritical forum, is that the merit raises and bonus payout have been surprisingly better than they have been.
My raise and bonus were significantly higher than any previous year. 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
