@HR, I would not hang around for unvested stocks. Not worth it in this company.
If it was stock vesting in 4 years it would have to be 50%. A good amount of tech management solely being diversity hires the mess is going to only get worse. The service now rollout will be looked at fondly since these non tech id--ts want to speed things up.

Here’s the thing. They don’t owe me anything, so no amount will “make me stay”. It’s the being human and doing genuine human things for your employees that would make me want to stay.
What % of your salary in stock that would vest in, say, four years would you guys be willing to hang around for?
We already got that a few years ago.
