Such a humiliation I have to say……No offense.

Rating is a Meet. Good luck to y’all.

I got a 4% with exceeds. I’m happy with it. Been here long time usually get 1-2%. Long term people or lifers are use to this, but on the flip I’ve been employed non stop for almost 20 years.

There have been reviews in the past where I got a 5 rating (meaning consistently exceeds and got less than a 2% raise...so though its tiny in comparison to some posts here 2% isn't considered horrible here at hells fargo

on my team meets were between 1-3%. Not all meets are equal. how the budget was doled out varies by group as well. and don't forget promotions. if someone gets promoted, that increase is not accounted for in the merit budget and as such those that don't get promoted end up getting less merit in order to give the promoted person more.

2% is on the high side. If you really got 2%, I say Congradulations.
