Thos employees displaced or who had their roles eliminated, how do they know what they will receive for a bonus? Is there any communication?

My old manager texted me with my bonus info.
I got a small increase two months before I was displaced. 🤷♀️
The displaced employee’s manager can see if they are getting a bonus and HR will process them to same account as they used when working there. If that is an issue, a paper check will be issued.
