Two words - he-l no.
2% and that was only because I was a high performer and my manager likes me. But managers don’t make the decisions anyway, they can only lobby. Typical for this place.

Consistently exceeds in Risk. 0% raise, but 200% of old target bonus.
Exceeds - 3.5% raise and bonus was 145% of old target - Commercial Banking
1% merit (I'm fairly high in the comp area for my role)
Had a meets btw. same poster as Post ID: @1zae+1f0XeOhh
I guess I have gotten a "raise" by working at a more remote site for the past several years where one does not have to pay close to around $150.00 per month (surely is more now a days) to park in the city garages. Also working remote for a couple of years saves around $60.00 per month in gas fees. Working remote is a "raise" in itself. Not complaining.
2% meets and they claim I was a top performer.
1% meets 9.5% bonus. Reading between the lines, they want me to move with that kind of raise. Time to move on.
Meets 1% raise, same bonus as last year 10%. I’m at midpoint so no real raise. I asked my boss about new job titles (combined 2 & 3s) & what next if next level is 4&5. She had no idea and couldn’t tell me where to find the pay midpoints.
I have never seen more than 2% merit so i guess our group is cheap or everyone else it getting 10 % merit. 8% bonus for TOG
bonus eligibility removed when titles were changed to reflect industry standard. so, my co-worker doing same job who's title didn't change received $10k bonus 2.5% merit. my LOB is technology so not sure of trend among the teams..... I'm happy that it was above 2%.
meets, 3.5% increase and 16.5% bonus
Meets, 0% base, 20% bonus
meets - 2% merit, 30% bonus
The merit pool for our group was 3%. Slight deviation in individual awards, but not much.
3% Exceeds
No raise (promoted earlier in the year with large pay increase)
18% bonus
Meets
Well it sounds like no one got zero and with 8 percent to 15 percent bonus doesn’t sound like anything to whine about unless that is your sport. I did well with meets but i am not paid that much and that means i got far less then everyone else
1% raise with a meets
9% (was promoted)
2%
Not unhappy with that per se but def not happy enough to stop looking elsewhere
Anything under 7% is a pay cut
Laughable that they prattle on about attracting and retaining talent and even people with “exceeds” get a “merit” decrease in pay
Hy
All exec’s should make their performance reviews public.
13% bonus
10% but was promoted
I got point seven percent, and the same bonus as always.
I was "Meets", but was recently re-orged into a role where I'm now about 30% over what the that roles old midpoint was.
I suppose I should be happy with anything, but then I keep hearing in the news about how employers are giving raises and bonuses. I'm not seeing it here.
Why not read one of the other half dozen threads on this
I got a 4% raise with a meets but Im on the low end of the pay range.
5%...but I left WF last year...so 25% if you include the 20% increase I received moving to a new company. 😉
Hahahahaha
