Is it true that people who retired in 2021 get a prorated bonus next week?

Only if you retired from a bonus eligible position.
In the past as a manager I did not submit bonus for retired employees the next year. They were issued by HR without my input. Now that I retired last year I hope that is still true. HR manual says prorated bonuses will be paid.
It’s true. Your manager had to put in the request. I got my notice of a bonus payout yesterday.
I can confirm displaced in 2021 and got the call with bonus details. Prorated for 2021. Mix of stock and cash. Cash payable 2/4
