There are many meanings behind zz in email. Don’t assume layoff is only reason. Some are due to forced pto. Others are on leave. Etc
I know Ravi well. He did leave for Amex. His last straw was jerking everyone around on RTO as well as move to SNOW and cloud. Said the stagecoach is going down and he’s jumping ship, suggested I do as well, just awaiting him to open a req for me at Amex
