Store closures in 2022

Do we know how many stores will close in 2022? Is there any way to know which ones?

Our VGS rep told us which stores in our area are not renewing the leases - so my assumption would be that our Retail Ops team knows exactly which ones they will be. He told us that the VGS group is vacating some stoes one and two years before the leases expire/darkening the spaces and that he did not know what they number was nationally. Change is coming. Did we ever think we would outsourse IT or customer service ? We may be next. This has nothing to do with Hans - this is just big buiness and happening everywhere. We may not like it but......

Long wait times every day. Store is busy, everyone hitting quota and above. They also have made changes to compensation so our earning potential gets bigger. A lot of old people who need help. They fa-t in the stores too. I had to help a lady place an order online just to sell a na--d phone. Just understand when corporate lowers there stores even more, third parties will rule the market and take advantage of traffic.

Yeah if we didn't monitor our floor we would have 1-2 hour wait times. We will tell people at the door that we don't have something in stock and they will still wait 2 hours to have us order them a phone on their app or over the phone for them or figure out why their emails ain't working. The company screwed everyone with compensation this year. High quotas, no inventory, upset customers, no staff, and so on.

Don't know where u people are that have no customers, 1-2 hour wait all day , everyday at my store, we try to tell people to do stuff on line or telesales, they would rather wait 2 hours for me to order them a phone, can blame some of them as they have called in but we're on hold for an hour only to be hung up on or never get through.

Survey is criminal. Can't wait for the lawsuit. I have all the screen caps "rep had accent 1/10" "covid isn't real 1/10" and on and on. Just lost $500 of our check over the sale of a case. Not even sure if the customer knew what survey they were taking.

Close all of them, we got a survey score of 1 this week. The verbatim said teach the staff too back up the customers phone? If it wasn't written and you told someone this story it would be laughable. Because of survey s that reflect these dim witted customers perceptions our store morale is at 0.If you don't take the surveys away in 2022 the give 2 weeks for every year worked and the same amount for benefits for the job transition, to the reps that want to leave

Hopefully they close all of them. I can't figure out why we have stores? So old boomers have somewhere to sit and chew their cud while a clerk calls crApple to recover their lost ID? I don't know a single person who goes into cell phone shops.

How about you get back to your job and sell before they close stores
