When will pay increases be communicated and go into effect? I thought the process was supposed to change this head to be sooner. Thanks!

Your pay increase will be 1.73%. However, your portion of benefits cost have increased 13%. Pretty soon you'll be paying WF to work here.
Sounds like the first week of Feb will be a good one for me.
I heard 10% is the new 2%
Expect 3-4% over inflation.
multiple communications have gone out and there is an entire section of teamworks dedicated to year end pay changes. Last year they moved everything up a month. if your manager/group follows the guidines you'll get your perf review mid January with any salary/bonus changes communicated the last few days if January. Bonus will be in your first parcheck of Feb, with new salary (if you got an adjustment) taking affect Feb 1 and in the first full paycheck of Feb which is mid Feb.
