HR is no longer sending emails advising us when someone in the office has contracted Covid and had been in the office. I know of atleast 2 confirmed cases that have been reported by the affected Team Member and HR still has not sent out a notification to alert us.

How is it I'm not surprised??
this isn’t 100% correct. Got an email last week for an employee at my site.
Non-disclosure to exposed staff makes WF ripe for a lawsuit. I'm an attorney and disclosure is a basic measure.
They stopped this months ago
With the move to neighborhood seating and flex in many buildings it’s not like they can really do contract tracing well anyway. Such a great time to roll this out.
Me again. Not trying to sound mean but just concerned. I hear they are trying to get all the vaccinated folks to go for the Booster.
Based on general news, the vaccinated are more prone to the new infections than the unvaccinated. They need to get the Booster supposedly to help alleviate symptoms from the new variant.
Start emailing them and others asking about infections in your workplace because you are afraid for your safety. Create a paper trail showing them hiding this information from you so you can use it in a suit or other legal action down the road.
