Bank of the West compensation is a joke. Many other Finserv orgs are the same. Best to switch industries (e.g., to tech).
agree. they are not paying well and I do not suggest working at a place like bank of the west, etc. USAA is also significantly less than WF and/or BofA.
Yes, remote positions are available everywhere. The big problem about leaving now is abandoning significant bonuses. Many of these remote positions don't pay well, or are contract term.
