It is a job. You get paid to do what the company needs. They have made the decision that we are to return to the office. Except for a very few, this should not be an issue. Get your mind ready because in a couple of weeks, it will be game time, in person. Not only do you get paid, you also get benefits that exceed other places of employment. WF is not a coddling babysitter. This is your job. Wishing everyone a safe Christmas and NYE. See you all soon within the 4 walls.

What happens if Upper Management ignores the requirement of wearing masks at the workstations? Does this become an unsafe work environment?
I hate to say it but OP is right. Wells exists to provide a service to the public. This board is full of clowns and deadwoods who want and want and will not stop wanting. Yep , see you all in a few weeks. Don't forget to get the wrinkles out of your clothes from laying on the couch all day/month/year/years.
What a tough guy... must be a manager that has reports that don't respect him.
Kudos to the OP who is mocking this guy this morning.
Anyone think they know this OP? It’s because he has a similar mindset to many of the managers at WFC, who have often been demeaning to employees who call in sick, “I pay you to work, not to sit home with a little upper respiratory virus.” “Really? I had that same flu last week and took a couple aspirin and I came to work.”
Very dangerous mindset during a pandemic.
OP is factually correct, but there are better ways of doing business in 2021.
It's not 1991, for X's sake. There's no reason why we shouldn't be able to do better.....
OP, I seriously hope you get Covid and die. The world would be better off without people like you.
i was out yesterday, 5 pm until a little after 6. Traffic was crazy. Lots of businesses and people aleeady in office. Stop being whimps and whiners and get over it
Hard to return when you weren't there to begin with. You're right about one thing, the office is a 'game', as opposed to actually being productive.
I hope you get COVID the first week of RTO. Really do
“Benefits that exceed other places of employment” what companies have you worked at previously?
Wells Fargo also doesn’t exist to rip off clients, yet here we are.
No one wants to sit in an office wearing a mask, talking on the phone to other people who are wearing masks.
Masks affect the ability to hear clearly over the phone.
No duh
