We need to organize a group of like-minded employees so we have a voice at the table. Has anyone heard of anything?

Like minded folks can go to anonymous web sites and whine ... Oh wait ... They already do. Great plan I say. How's it going for you?

OP I am with you but unfortunately we are in the minority agree we should stick together. And for the haters out there the majority of us are not anti Vax just anti forced vaxed and independent decision makers. We are the ones WF actually needs who can do our own research and come to our own decision about what is best. Totally supportive of people who got the Vax but if it works so well you guys why are you so worried. And many people myself included had less risks from CoVID than the mRNA Vax - I recovered from home with CoVID no problem and was similar to a cold/flu - the fact they won’t take natural immunity which is how our bodies were created to fight viruses in addition to vaccines is all a political game and for financial benefit.
OP, it wouldn’t be much of a group considering the majority of people are vaccinated despite what you’ve been told. For example, a local hospital where I live placed every unvaccinated employee on temporary unpaid leave and at the end of the grace period, they went from 350 to 90 people unvaccinated. It reported their vaccine rate at over 99%. This is out of 30k employees. You look at multiple companies and this is pretty much the norm.
Why do you need a group to join? If you don’t want to get vaccinated don’t get vaccinated. As long as people know who you are and have the option to give you a wide berth there should be no problem.

I agree we should unite. I think the difficult thing is that some people are afraid of sharing their opinions. So in terms of trading names on a site where people post anonymously, I am not sure you will have many people joining a group.
Wells Fargo has also not provided vaccination numbers (that I am aware of). This makes it tricky to know what the unvaccinated numbers are like. The people I have spoken to have all been vaccinated, but there may be pockets of people that have not been.
Maybe that’s where those water cooler, “better together” conversations will come in handy?
