Better yet, Monday Tuesday for vaccinated, Wednesday Thursday for in vacc, Friday off for all. Also that leaves vaccinated a facility that is unexposed for 3 days too...

I have a better idea. RTO for the unvaccinated only.
The benefit would be eliminating many of the lowest IQ employees, without severance, through attrition. Unhappiness with RTO would push some out the door. The virus would take care of others.
