Wow a team lead. Can I get ur autograph ✍️. But seriously forced vax mandates will bring moral way lower than having to go to a office that u were hired to do. That is ur job.

These Fools forget. It’s the union giving the hard time about work from home because of money, nothing else. The company wants it.
Well said OP
@jxr+1eiJq7cb You really need a dictionary. To, too, and two mean different things.
This is the problem, how can we take advice from someone who doesn’t know the basics of grammar. It’s the same anti union, pro office boomer. If you’re lonely, go take a walk or see a therapist.
I’m a TL/supervisor as well and our numbers have been amazing! Sending reps back would be a huge mistake. I’ve never had a better team. For me, I’m able to communicate with everyone, including the union. I don’t think the union or the company would make the mistake of sending reps back to an office. If they did half my team would be out on disability or would just quit.
@1vdm+1eiJq7cb This person doesn’t realize they were making fun of him.
There’s so many jobs out there, why would we keep this job if they send us back? I would never forgive the union if they messed this up.
Team Lead is LIAR. HUMAN RESOURCES.
"Be careful what you wish for . Jobs will be gone in 2 years"
Started hearing that back in the early 90's when the Automatic Call Director was implemented...30 years later the calls still haven't been outsourced (from VZT anyway)
Be careful what you wish for . Jobs will be gone in 2 years
Be careful what you wish for? lol, I wish for world peace. We’re working on making Work From Home permanent.
I think it’s an opportunity for the union to get there cr@p together! I’m positive they’re doing the right thing, especially with the rumors about contract extensions and work from home! This same thing happened before they got the last extension.
Sounds like the end of the union either way. No wonder the leadership has checked out on us. I'd rather work from home during the decline.
Sending us back to an office would be be the death knell for the union. So many would quit, go on disability, or will be stepped out of the company. I agree that the union won’t make us go back for a few reasons.
- There’s already a precedent for it. The union negotiated it for ATT
- The union doesn’t want to lose membership.
- The overwhelming majority want it.
Wildcat! RAWR! What a joke. Watch your meaningless jobs go to India and Philippines in 2023.
Jxr and rgu
None of this could happen. We've got the company by the ba--s. Ever hear of a little thing called a wildcat strike?
Plus new hires can be foreign. Or in nonunion states. Or right to work states
WFH would allow more calls too go offshore. Be careful for what you wish for.
@qsg+1eiJq7cb That would be the end of the union. Decertification is a real thing being talked about and it’s the membership bringing it up, not the company. The union wouldn’t put themselves in that type of situation. Plus, there are real talks going on and they’ve negotiated work from home for att already.
I doubt that The CWA will ever be in favor of working from home. Happy employees don’t file grievances. Happy employees are not likely to go out on strike since they won’ wouldn’t even need to cross s picket line to work.
There are people in this world that hate happiness and make it their goal to destroy it any way they can.
Team lead here. Work from home has increased our numbers across the board. My reps are happier, more productive, and focused. The nightmare scenario of them going back to an office would be devastating. Put me hybrid but please let them work from home permanently if they want.
Copy pasted from another post here. If we went back there would be too much terrible things happening. Morale would be down, numbers would be down, and more calls would be outsourced because of it.
