Soon that will increase. Employees will be tech or tech adjacent here. Well over 25-30% once automation kicks in. Underwriters, audit, FA's, all are ripe for automation. Eventually a lot of tech too, but not for a while yet. If you haven't been noticing the transformation, you'll feel the effects in 2022 onward.
