Use RTO to trigger attrition before paying out bonuses and profit sharing. Even better would be to add COVID ability. WF saves billions. Those left behind will pick up all the slack.

Digging in so they have to payout.
It’s insane though! My LOB was first told we’d start returning Feb 10, but now it’s as early as Jan 10. This is yet one more thing that’ll probably push me to the tipping point sooner, but leaving BEFORE bonuses are paid out? No way that’s gonna happen, and I have the dubious pleasure of a public transit commute. I think I can tough it out for a month.
