AT&T cares about 1 thing only - money. The workforce is just a financial burden that AT&T suffers until they can get rid of them. They only care about you as a financial liability, not a person.

WTF? Ya'll should know it'a all about the money. If there's a chance they can save a couple hundred thousand if just one person gets the virus and ends up on life support. Or they get sued by some off based employee who gets it from a co-worker who has no care for his neighbor or family. Not to mention the loss in productivity when some mass of people have to stay home and quarantine for a couple weeks.

The OSHA mandate is on hold due to a nationwide injunction. Today, the mandate on Federal Contractors joins the OSHA mandate on hold. The issue starts with whether the mandates is allowed by statute, regardless of whether it is a good idea or bad idea.
When injunctions are issued, it is because the judge has found it likely that the petitioners will prevail at trial.
So, as it began, the requirement to be vaccinated continues to be an AT&T requirement.

With the Federal government out of the way for now, complying with state law moves to the forefront. Some states have outlawed businesses operating in the state from requiring their employees to be vaccinated.

This is a good thing. You can't force people to get vaccinated, but you sure as he-l can make their life a living he-l. More companies need to bar unvaccinated employees and customers. Exemptions should only be made for people who are completely immunocompromised with documented proof.
Also, this has nothing to do with being woke. It's common sense.

It's not about choice or being safe, Its about doing what you are told. If you want to be employed by AT&T or another business, you got to do what your told...its simple, don't make it more than what it is
