When are stock dividends going to go back up?!? We give MMs in grants and make Billions. Our stock is back up in the $50s. When are we going to be paid a higher dividend amount?

Gotta move that stock price up so that they can extract maximum value from their employees when the 401k match hits.
Just watch what happens to the stock price immediatly before, and then immediatly after the 401k match hits.

@1hva You clearly have no dividends which can aid in the very issue you raise depending on how many you have.
Charlie makes the real money off the higher stock price. Thus he is throwing all the money at company stock buyback program. No interest in raising dividend, getting us out from under the asset cap, or rewarding employees.
Who cares? I’d rather have a raise that at least equals inflation.
