Time for Stankey to come clean on calls to investors. He keeps smiling , telling the investment community the spinoff is on track, no issues with completion expected midyear 2022. What a freaking liar! You just cannot believe anything this guy says. Stankey is a compulsive liar, always has been, always will be.

Folks, the antitrust issue is not Stank spinning off TW.
The issue is merging the spun off TW with Discovery.
Only a few major content producers and you want to merge two of them together? Not hard to see how that can limit competition and drive up prices.
Warren and AOC want to get paid first before they support the merger?
Stankey is not only the one final authority on anything around him but he also is the mastermind of filling Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and every other new video production outfit with top , experienced, connected talent by firing and gutting HBO.
Preparing to take the lead role is Ms. Chow, who has displayed on multiple ocassions a ruthless, outoftouch, and cold hearted display of how they really see and treat the thousands of employess working under their organizations....
So, if Stankey says is "unfounded", certainly the man has spoken and it must certainly be so.

He informed the TW employees that he knew more about movies, shows and making pictures when he arrived and started chopping, terminating, promoting Kizz Arces and was responsible for some talent quitting. Appears he ran TW into the ground just like he has at&t.

Stankey is just a piece of garbage - they need to repossess everything he and Randall own and sell it off to cover a small fraction of the damage they've done to the company.
