In the annual performance review, quote Stankey, customers just don't understand your great performance and justify for pay raise.
Watching the Stank's Connected Conversation. Why is the same old "eventually the street will recognize..." blah blah blah answer still acceptable? We have been hearing this for years. Employees don't feel accountable for anything, because executive leadership is not accountable for a myriad of missteps that have eroded shareholder value to a STUNNING degree.
Maybe someday the board will pay attention.
