What ever you can negotiate, whenever you can negotiate. Usually annual in spring. Suck up tou your director, and you will score better than everyone else in the group.

Don't expect anything above 1%. T, or should I say Stankey, do not want to give you a reason to stay longer than three years. T is now a transient employee company.
Raise?
Wake up, your either dreaming or having a nightmare.
As occupational, any raise/cola is per contract.
As management, 1st level never. 2nd level 1% possible. 3rd level & higher - Your in the money.
As retiree pension NEVER.
Senior dev H1b : 150k
Yearly - but it'll be more of a cost-of-living adjustment if you're not on your director's favorites list - won't really be a raise.
Raises are given at annual performance review time. Effective March 1st each year for managers. If you worked 90 days in prior year you're eligible. Don't expect much, prior years were 1-4% of base salary.
Asking about nonunion.
