Anyone know anything about why a AVP would have org call about TSR?

So what happened?
Yes, they had TSR changes in our org and then changed Job Titles but only for some inside folks who then did even better.
TSR = Target Salary Range
What does TSR and TI mean? Total shareholder return?
If it’s last minute, what’s the outcome?
AVP wants to confirm everyone's home address. The are enrolling all team members in the jelly of the month club starting Jan 2022.
My group got the same "emergency" invite in the end of July. We were told the TSR was changing Aug 1st. So as 1dsn+1ea3t7no said, your TSR is likely changing effective Jan 1. In my case it went up, no telling which way yours goes.
Could be getting a raise because they don’t want anyone else bailing out, or it could be they are lowering your TSR. You never know. What org are you or what type of job titles are your group??
There is no such thing as a last minute invite in December. Sounds like there are issues landing the plane, budget cut must happen. Quickest way to do that, pink slips.

Probably feeling guilty. Stankey and Santone dinked around with TSR's earlier this year. Your AVP realizes that the TSR's are way too low. He wants to host a call to give every employee on his team a substantial increase in pay immediately.
