Correction…should say 120% of old target.
Post from TheLayoff.com
Exceeds, 3.9%, 120% bonus.
Exceeds. 3.5% raise. Bonus 115% target.
Meets. 2.5% merit, bonus +20% over last year
COO. P2, Meets, 2.5%, and 93% of (prior) target.
~7% merit increase. ~50% higher bonus than last year. Same role year over year.
I work in branch banking, got a 2.4% raise. Basically a big ole slap across the face considering how much I busted my a-s over the last 3 years for this company. I am a manager, now I have employees making almost as much as me with their big hike in pay that I had ZERO say over. Anyone else in branch banking?
My manager was exceptionally kind to me this year and I won the exceeds sweepstakes for my team. That's leading to a nearly 3x the previous largest merit increase I ever received and a 100% of possible bonus. I think being near the bottom of my retitled job range played a significant role on top of the rating.
Exceeds. 4% raise and 120% bonus all cash. I'm told it's a good time to get a good bonus as all future bonuses will loosely compare to that.
Meets (with zero areas of improvement called out in writing or verbal)
2% raise
Bonus is only 75% of previous target.
I'm disappointed, and will be with the camp of folks looking for a new job outside WF this year.
exceeds. 6% merit increase. For reference i was already over MRP in old title so now im almost at the top of the range.
Tech grunt worker 8% raise; 102% bonus target; exceeds - 13 hour work days....
Meets. CAO.
2% raise,
10% higher bonus than last year in $s: more cash, less stock.
Meets; 7.66% increase and 100% of old target bonus. Commercial Banking
pay increases take effect Monday as well you just won't see it until the 2/18 paycheck because the 2/4 paycheck is 100% your old salary.
Meets. Merit 1.89 % . Bonus $400 less than last year.
i thought it was a 2.4 payday for bonus :(
Thanks, guess that answers my question :)
No. Not true. I was promoted (been doing the job for 2+ years, so it's about time) and it takes effect Monday (will see title change in Teamworks). The paltry pay increase that came with it will be effective with the 2/18 payday. Don't get me wrong, I'm appreciative that I have a job when a lot of folks don't, but I also know how much the job pays for being hired in from external and it's not close. So, while I'm disappointed, I'm still thankful to the good Lord above that I have a job. All that being said, I'm still looking externally because I can't take the toxic atmosphere anymore, not to mention that three letter acronym we are all sick of hearing about!
Promotions do happen off cycle, but it's rare.
Meets. Less than 1% raise. Same bonus as every year.
Meets
No raise
But over 100% of bonus
“Promotions do not happen until later in q1 when a nomination form will go out.”
Is this true?
RSR = Restricted Share Rights -- Wells stock awarded as part of TVC that doesn't vest for maybe four years.
What is RSR?
"I received 7% raise even though I was at MRP already plus 100% of my bonus target."
How do we even know if we're at MRP any more?
Risk. Meets. 1.75% raise. 85% of old target bonus. But RSRs that cover the 15%.
Exceeds with 4.63% raise. Bonus was $2,000 more than last year’s in the same position and same performance rating.
Meets
- 5% raise
100% of bonus target
What was your target last year (before targets went away)?
I received 7% raise even though I was at MRP already plus 100% of my bonus target.
Every year i’ve been here i have gotten 4, 5, two years of “performing” 🙄, exceeds, and this year consistently exceeds. Spread across six different managers over the years. Some people just perform at higher level. I’m in Tech, not customer facing. Sorry you don’t believe some of us, not really my problem.
2% raise meets expectations
Meets. 3.5
Considering if all targets are met. Overall, I don’t see why compensation raises shouldn’t be an issue since, the company did so well 4th quarter earnings.
11% incentive
- 58% raise
With inflation at 7% only a 4.5% “merit” pay cut
Across the board, we’ll do better than expected. It’s a good day
- 65% for raise and 100% bonus funded. Meets rating.
I get a kick out of everyone saying they got an exceeds. Must be customer facing positions. I have high end ex Deloitte people who got meets. More than 15 percent of the comments people say they got exceeds or higher when we know it requires direct written or verbal support from an EVP to even get that rating. You are all too funny. However no comments on bonus so that proves my point. Customer facing staff.
For those looking to compare, I received an Exceeds rating with a 5% increase. While I'll always wish for more, 5% is the biggest raise I've seen in a long time, so I'll try to be happy.
So essentially your 15 percent bonus increase was 2-4K. Better than nothing. That is due to the increase in salary from last year and a slightly higher payout in numbers. So the target range went up about 5 percent this year for you. Not bad.
