Got my biggest bonus ever.
Never saw such a big bonus under Sloan and Stumpf even while they were stealing from our customers

@1hvf yikes. your manager must hate you.
I call BS on anyone claiming to get more than 2%. Most of us who actually work at WF know better.
Wouldn't you expect a bigger bonus after more time on the job, and I'm assuming getting better at your job?
We'll remember you, OP, next time WF has an off year and you get less.
@1vpx lol. those of us who are good at our jobs get over 3%! Really says a lot about your work if your typical raise is 1.5%.
Maybe in your LOB, but your claims are absolutely not accurate in others. I'm aware of the increases for quite a few people, several dozen, and quite a few received increases over 4% including myself.
Oh no, anonymous internet user doesn’t believe claims of other anonymous internet users. How will this ever be decided! Who will care?
I'm calling BS on anyone who claims they got over a 4% pay raise. Didn't happen.
3% is the max at WF, and that's rare.
"1.5%" is on the high end.
0% to 1% is typical.
@1sqi 6% seems to be what the "exceeds" folks are generally getting. There's some variation based on group, but that doesn't sound very off based on what I'm seeing.
Love TVC!
6-7% raises? Riiight. Would love to know where that is in the bank.
Will admit bonuses much better than expected.
I got around 7% this year as consistently exceeds. Last year i got 4% with Exceeds rating
All who got a 6-7% raise, what was your last year’s base?
Inflation: how does it work?
Hope you're not in Advisory...
I also got my biggest raise (6%) and bonus ever.
Nope 17 year vet
Are you one of his Chase imports?
Ditto! Pay for performance in action!
