Sorry sonny. Some of us have just retired and know exactly how this business operates and who the real players were. You are not one of them.
What an id--t! This previous poster is a poseur who has no idea how this business operates or why shareholders buy this stock. Hint: its the dividend! The dividend comes from phone and Internet bills being paid regularly. While your job is not really that important, the actual onsite technical service is critical to the success of this business and dividend. What a worthless employee!

What the whole work from home saga has taught is that almost all of the management jobs at BR do not really add much value in the way of growth or profit.
However, "the fat overpaid pole jockey" is not only 'customer facing'- but without their services, there is no company. Your job however, unless you are in payroll, A/R, customer service or a successful salesmen is really not that important.
Hopefully all these fat overpayed union pole jockeys are the first to go. Most of them look 2 cheeseburgers away from a heart attack so it’s one way or the other.

The following RIFs will happen this year. End of February will be the first one, after the annual meetings, people will be let go last payroll in Feb. Second layoff will occur in August as the plans are done by staff for 2023. The last will be the annual culling of senior talent in November. The goal will be achieved to reduce the staff to less than 100K, employees this year.

No one who is "unvaxxed will be fired". The company will not want the bad press for taking on the US Supreme Court on a 6 to 3 ruling.
It will also open the company up to significant lawsuits, some I imagine will already be starting tomorrow for the nonsense to date.
And you can bet that ANYONE hurt by the Vaxx "That the Company Mandated" will be able to sue Verizon to damages.
There is not a jury in this country that would not side with an injured employee against the company.
Plus you can bet your backside that one the house and senate change as a result of this year's election, many including me, will be pushing Congress to investigate everyone who pushed this Vax inside Verizon.

Getting rid of wireless, or gravely diluting it seems like what they are doing. What company is NOT selling wireless services under their own names. Then there is Visible and all of the low pay prepaid businesses.
Is there any one in building 4 or in New York City that is actually interested in selling wireless for a profit? Or has the company learned new lessons in how to conduct a profitable telecom business from MCI, AOL, Yahoo? Or perhaps McKinsey and PWC has told the company how they should do what they should do?
It really is a wonder that this company functions at all when the only decisions are bad ones and no one pays the price for making them except the rank and file.
The company is beginning to smell like Frontier.
First they need to see how many unvax are going to be unloaded in March. Then if they need more, then rifs. Look at Nike, they are unloading all the unvax this weekend. Verizon and the rest will follow. Good luck
