Look up Saul’s latest AMA. He tells you the 15 grow sites, the 7 maintain sites and the 5 new sites they are looking at. I think it’s around the 11 minute mark.
Look at the open jobs and clearly there is still a location strategy. Most jobs are only posted in 5-6 cities. And no mention of remote being an option, so that all aligns to location strategy is alive and well.
Kind of like all the money wasted on the service now project? How about core?

Since you're in IT, you should know how much is wasted over there with no solutions or end products. I guess par for the course in IT
@swk, what a brilliant way to spend money. Maybe not spend it on that and you have more money and more competent people. Only the competent people leave; the incompetent stay.
The purpose was to get people to quit.
The merit increase that you will "not" get is paying for SVB's ongoing incompetence.
Well, I tend to agree with OP. Their efforts and the time they have wasted on this initiative is ridiculous. Time=money. Maybe they should focus on real issues.
I also know people that were forced to move even before the pandemic. And I mean selling a home and moving to another state to buy a home. That is huge. I bet they are regretting that now.
It's still there, it's just expanded a bit more from what it was. Just wait - you will see.

I don’t like it but how has it wasted money? Just by having offices during a pandemic? Not following.
