from the earnings report, "Noninterest expense down 1% from 3Q21–Personnel expense down 2% on lower salaries, employee benefits and incentive compensation expense, partially offset by supplemental pay for eligible branch employees in 4Q21"

This means they reduced salary & benefits expense to the organization by a full 2% in the 4th quarter alone.

The only logical conclusion is that WFH has yielded excellent results. Therefore, intelligent leaders should not continue to push half- truths and outdated philosophies about the need to RTO.
