Many are demotivated to a point that they are only pretending to look busy and are actually doing the bare minimum. Personally, I don't even try to look busy anymore, because why would I do that? I’m only busy sending applications and looking for new opportunities. My motivation for work here is zero and I admire people who still manage to find motivation for hard work here. I wonder how they do that?

I think those of us struggling to feel motivated (and I’m one of them) has to find it within ourselves to be there for our teammates who we have worked side by side with for years. I don’t ever want to let them down and who knows. One of them could be your boss someday elsewhere. But I know it’s difficult to give a s*it right now.

Don't you think it would be suspicious having 9 perfect hours of activity?
USB mouse mover? Do tell! If I had a company credit card I’d order one on it right after giving my notice.
lol - I did that for weeks/months during the numerous "restructuring" and nothing got done
