I received a good performance review. Was told I would be getting a good salary increase later this month to help cover higher costs. Was also told that my salary may get reduced later in the year since the inflation is transitory, and prices will return to previous levels thanks to the president.
Comp discussion end of January not at review.
My expectations of people here are so low that everyone "exceeds".
I received an exceeds, I didn’t have to go over the JKDLDSFBCCGJKLLDS process plan with the KDLFXXXSAD department for my manager to give it to me (as previously discussed in the thread).
Wow. So many exceeds. Must be fake news. Funny, based on some of these comments you would think inconsistently meets is more in line with some of you. Half of you have no clue how internal process and procedure works. It is all on teamworks. All of it! You never heard of what the OC is. What is an AU? How about your TVC? When did Operational control assessments start in your division? What is RBR? We’re you involved in the TCP program? What are the WF DR sites? Which site to you prote to from DEV is is PROD, CIT, UAT? What is your applications RTO? When was the last time you spoke with IA regarding a CA plan? Did you handle discussions with RR? Who is your LOB partner? No clue huh! Exceeds my a-s.
Imagine how much additional money they can pay in bonuses if they went with $17b in buybacks instead of $18b?
My review is not for another week and a half. I'm not certain when comp will be discussed.
Does anyone else have knowledge if they are in fact waiting until the end of January to go over comp?

Later this morning. Probably same thing as mid-year. If you are over midpoint then 1 percent raise and 85 percent bonus. Under mid point 2 percent as usual and if an a-s kiss 3 percent and 92 percent target bonus.
Give a handie and get 5%

Past 3 reviews, excellent job, could not have done this without you, indispensable, times are tough, raise and bonus pools are tight, with you over midpoint we can’t get you anything else right now…was hoping to hang around for a layoff but now I’m yelling at the kids to get off my lawn, so unless this season the money follows the accolades, will probably be time to move on and start my own hotel in Bratislova

Excellent review. I'm doing all of the right things. Unfortunately there is no money available to properly compensate me for the excellent work I've done.

I have mine scheduled for tomorrow.
I just had my review today. Pretty good. Completed some key projects. Saved the bank a lot of money through automation. Came to 10% annual and a 20% incentive. Not bad.
Then i woke up.
Well i don’t know about you guys but they said i did such an outstanding job last year and top performer so increasing my base 6% than the incentive is 15%. Not bad.
Oh wait then i woke up. (*&(
Promotion incoming. Too bad the pay raise won’t be enough to cover inflation. Thanks Joe.
