Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I am hoping the next CRO is a business hire

We tried with a DEI hire and things did not worked out, let's hope the next CRO is strong business person that other business people look up to... Afterall we need someone that knows what they are doing and we've proven that a weak person at the top does not help anybody.

For a while my group was getting Diversity Hires. People would show up to work and we had no idea ahead of time that they were coming.

People were being put into positions where their chance of success was minimal. It wasn't fair to them.

Just so we’re all clear:
Business hire = white male
DEI hire = everyone else
Did I get that right?

Logic is fun!
To conclude, if a white male loses out on a job to someone with a different skin color and/or different plumbing, it’s never because he’s less qualified or an inferior candidate, right? Right???

That should be the case with every hire.

As long as they don’t lecture us about DIE for half of every all hands meeting I see it as an improvement.
The blm speeches were especially tiring since we all know what that organization is about now. Good riddance.

Clearly a diverse candidate can never be qualified, according to this site.
