No.......if WFB had strong leaders that listened to those speaking their minds maybe.......
You've identified a core issue in this whole......leadership is not listening. You are a tool to them......they do not need you in their minds.
If everyone spoke their mind Charlie would’ve been forced by now to address why he hired Jamie Dimon’s son in law for exec roles, and lots more senior folks would be outta here due to sales practices.
In short, no. Why?
Because even when people speak their minds you still have politics, organizational dysfunction, risk aversion, personal/team agendas, stupid red-tape, clueless people and more.
Of course it’s possible, that’s what loudspeaker is for, executive leadership what’s your feedback to make this a better place. To be fair, I used loudspeaker and the response was ridiculous about why they didn’t think my recommendation was worth implementing. The gist was, what you are recommending isn’t necessary because something else should already be happening to take care of that issue even though they acknowledge that the other thing isn’t happening and isn’t actually a policy. So…YMMV

Some people just don't get an opinion and 5hey shouldn't. Tye problem with social media is that everyone gets a soapbox. Unfortunately, all this does is amplify the uneducated and uninformed.

The pandemic has really undermined my faith in the American people, and unfortunately, democracy itself. I look back and cringe on my days when I used to naively believe that the people would just all come to the rational conclusion when presented with a wealth of information and data...and that has now been proven not to be the case. There could not have been a better example of science and rationality vs a preventable public health (and political) disaster in which the American people could have risen to the occasion, and they utterly failed to do so.
Everyone does speak their mind, there's just layer upon layer of corporate filtering that happens before the relevant parties will hear it.
Everyone speaks their mind in VOtT and you see the result. Until corporations don't exist solely to maximize shareholder value, nothing will change.
Not possible. Politics plays a huge role in how org's function. If you go against the flow, you will die a slow death. Been that way for eons.
