I see Wells Fargo people updating profile, many are leaving as well. I see some getting ready to go back to school. There is a lot of movement on LinkedIn, I'd probably say much more than what I typically see over there. If you update you profile you are much more likely to be contacted by a recruiter as it indicates to them that you are ready to move.

why are you on linkedin, let alone paying attention to others on it?
I think this is just tye new normal. Almost 25% of people in the country are looking to leave their current job. This isn't exclusive to Wells.
I’m guessing if ur seeing change it’s people posting their updated job titles after the changes to start the year.
I know I'll update mine after 2/4 :)
The only movement I saw was someone finally find a new job 13 months after being laid off from WF. I'm not an avid networker, though.
