The Siscovery stock you receive IS NOT equal to a special dividend as it reduces the NAV of T stock. You end up with the same NAV
I don't think this would change my mind about buying and holding Toxic T. I think this is Ratty/Stinky Voodoo Finance. Go ahead and waste your own $ instead of advising others to seek a mystical 5% "Special Tax Free Dividend" and while watching T loose another 50% in value!
