Kind of sucks for folks that aren't yet vaccinated that if they don't have it done, recorded and a picture uploaded by tomorrow they're screwed until January 3rd.
So, even though a huge portion of the employees won't return to work until January 10th does this mean they're going to be required to begin required COVID testing to work from home?
I keep hearing that they're trying to offload employees... is this another way to get it done?

And without insults would be nice too. If the unvaccinated are forced to have negative tests then they will clearly not be the problem, and the vaccinated are really the ones who we need to be watching out for. Can't wait for this all to unravel. How long will the vaccinated agree to do testing for I wonder, should be interesting.

The FOIA request was stupid. It pulled in about 329,000 pages of data. There is personally identifiable information and health records on over 40,000 people that need to be redacted from the FOIA request.
Previous courts have ruled 500 pages a month is a good pace.
The FOIA requestor should resubmit it to be more specific. But the anti-vaxxers are more interested in creating conspiracy narratives than they are with the truth.

Is Pfizer lying also? You should read the first release from doc dump that the courts forced FDA to release. While doing so, keep in mind that it's the most pro-Pfizer data that will be released. Then ask yourself why they claim it will take 55 years to release it all.
It's not a conspiracy, it's FDAs official position in a court of law. They do not want you to know what they know. Keep telling yourself that it's because it's good news. While doing that, imagine what your response would be if WF got dragged into court and said it'd take 55 years to release the documents for their latest scandal.
I bet the the anti-vaxxers on here who're saying private companies can't mandate vaccines are the same ones who'd say that, for example, Hobby Lobby (also a private company) should be able to fire female employees who get an ab-----n.

@jla+1e7S4vg7 I know people who got covid and are dead. That's also kept quiet because so many people are dead from it people can barely comprehend so many dying if something a simple vaccine can almost certainly keep you alive.
Unacceptable. Big pharma profits won't wait for these alleged health issues to be "under control".
Those of us with medical accommodations/exceptions are still required to submit proof of our vaccine status. I know because I have an approved ongoing medical accommodation and asked, just to be sure and was advised that because even those with accommodations could be required to attend training and/or meetings on-site we are required to submit our status like everyone else.
And before anyone asks - HR is so backed up with other cr-p there's no established process to request an exemption.

I’d say if someone is not vaccinated by now, they never will be for the most part.
Especially since there are more and more reports by the day about complications people have.
Anyone that wants to force vax on other people are those that regret doing it and want others to feel their misery too. I personally know two people that have had problems but it’s kept quiet.
Obviously NOT EVERYONE IS VACCINATED YET (DUH) I know of an individual who had to put it off due to health issues... doesn't mean they don't want or intend to - they're just OBVIOUSLY not included in your cookie cutter world so I imagine there are others experiencing the same type of issue. I'm personally vaccinated but my friend with currency unregulated/controlled epilepsy can't get it until their disease is under control.
I would just expect WF to be able to find a way to track folks who've had to delay.
